Poetry, Fiction, Art, etc.
To begin with, you'll find photographs of mine in the Villa Florentine Gallery. Next, try the links to works of mine online in other sections of The Nearby Café:
- A web version of my collaboration with Finnish photographer Nina Sederholm, spine, a multimedia project incorporating Nina's photographs, music by the Finnish composer Mikko Hassinen, and my own poetry, fiction, and creative nonfiction, appears here in The Nearby Café Gallery.
- A sampling of my poetry in the section devoted to The Sepoy Rebellion Online.
- Three works of creative nonfiction:
Works of mine published online elsewhere:
- My poem "La Opera" appears in the print and online version of Fuel (no. 20), edited by Andy Lowry.
- My poem "Tasty Fries" appears in the e-zine Switched-on Gutenberg: A Global Poetry Journal, Vol. 4, no. 2, January 2000.
- A peculiarly apologetic rejection letter I received from a literary magazine -- with some comments on its particularities -- is posted at rejectioncollection.com, a delightful website devoted to noteworthy rejection letters from editors to creative writers.
- Permanently available in the on-line publication Urban Desires, edited by Gabrielle Shannon:
Visual Art: Collages, Photographs
- From the First National Church of the Exquisite Panic, Inc., the December 1995 invitation to their "Exhibition of Sacrificial Art," curated by Clayton Patterson and Robert Delford Brown, in which I participated along with Alien Comic, Richard Kostelanetz, Elsa Rensaa, and others.
- At the same site, the certificate of my 1972 "sanctification" by the FNCotEPI as a Funkapagan Saint, for my "contribution to the growth of Funkupaganism through . . . energy and . . . creativity."
