The Café's own Colleen Thornton, whose Kbh Calling is a long-time feature of this website, here offers online versions of three small limited-edition artist's books. This project, a collaboration with her late cousin, Kevin Keenan, dates from 2001.t lacinia

Each book comprises four SX-70 images by Thornton, conjoined with poems by Keenan, who provided original haiku ot accompany Thornton's calm, quiet Polaroids. These suites — each comprising four picture/poem combinations — will run as a slideshow, but the viewer can also halt that sequence and set the pace.
